We have a gleaming open kitchen that features a hot-wood burning oven where diners can watch the magic happen. At Barking Mad, we believe in serving our guests the freshest, most flavorful ingredients that are healthy, sustainable, and delicious with every bite. Our rotating seasonal menu keeps our scratch kitchen inspired and our professional wait staff excited about sharing the new flavors of each dish.

Meet Our Chef

Monica Vasquez

A native of Venezuela and a Culinary school graduate, Monica Vasquez moved to the United States to pursue her profession.

She worked as a sous chef at an Italian restaurant for six years. Vasquez later joined Barking Mad, a New American-Inspired cuisine, as a sous chef and was quickly promoted to chef in Spring 2017. She is continuously practicing new techniques and challenging herself using seasonal ingredients in order to give guests the best dining experience.

We have a state of the art audio-visual system that allows for customization of music and video or power point presentations. Right outside is our outdoor patio which can seat 100 people. With overhead bistro string lights and glittering LED trees, you’re inclined to have a magical experience!
