At Barking Mad, we serve Counter Culture premium gourmet coffee that can be beautifully paired with our seasonal house-made syrups. For early risers, we have a broad breakfast menu featuring egg and brioche sandwiches, ready-to-go burritos, artisan toasts, and house-made granolas. Top it off with one of our sweet pastries. Counter Culture coffee is based out of North Carolina and has established itself as a premier leader in the world of coffee. We chose to partner with them because of their fair trade practices and exceptional coffee varieties. Counter Culture uses a Swiss Water Process—a chemical-free method used to remove caffeine from the beans using only water and carbon filters. High quality coffee can be served at its finest with an espresso machine such as the La Marzocco which we use at Barking Mad.
